From mixed tapes for friends to resident DJ at Berlin's Plantation Club (a predecessor of today's beach bars and dance music venues). My first engagement as a wedding DJ was for a friend of the owner. Unfortunately the club burned down in 1998 (but the marriage is still standing).
Bookings for parties and corporate events followed. Word got around that here, too, one thing comes first: dance!
Since 2008, the hardly listening sound system periodically performs underwater music at the Berlin Liquidrom - clear, luminous backgrounds with a wide-ranging repertoire is another of my passions - not only under water.
